Tom Davies Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. The Tom Davies Gift Voucher (“Voucher”) is issued by TD Tom Davies Ltd and is redeemable at any Tom Davies store: Sloane Square, Knightsbridge, Royal Exchange, and Canary Wharf.
1.2. Vouchers are available in fixed denominations of £300, £400, £500, £1000, and £2000.
2. Redemption
2.1. The Voucher can be used as part or full payment for any products or services offered in-store, including bespoke eyewear.
2.2. The Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.
2.3. If the purchase amount exceeds the Voucher value, the remaining balance must be payed.
2.4. If the purchase amount is lower than the Voucher value, the remaining balance will remain on the Voucher for future use until expiry. No cash refunds will be given.
3. Personalisation
3.1. Each Voucher can be personalised with the recipient’s name, laser-engraved onto an acetate voucher.
3.2. The customer must provide the recipient’s name at checkout or via email after purchase.
3.3. Personalisation is optional but cannot be changed once the engraving process has begun.
4. Validity Period
4.1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Expired Vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
5. Delivery & Presentation
5.1. Each Voucher is packaged with the voucher value clearly indicated.
5.2. Tom Davies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers once issued.
6. Restrictions
6.1. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.2. Vouchers cannot be used for online purchases and are redeemable only in-store.
6.3. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
7. Fraud & Misuse
7.1. Tom Davies reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any Voucher in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
